At Tommy Hilfiger, we do not share your personal data with third parties in exchange for money. We do share certain information with advertising and marketing partners in exchange for insights, digital advertising, and other valuable services. Unsubscribe/Opt-Out

A request to opt-out will be handled as promptly as possible. If you have a Loyalty account with us, you may still receive communications related to your account, loyalty points or special offers (such as birthday discounts). An opt-out request will also not stop transactional emails related to your purchases.

Upon request, we will provide you with a summary of any Personal Data collected and retained by us regarding you. 7. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Security Methods
We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect the information that we collect or receive, in addition to contractual safeguards. Our websites use an industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your order information. Each payment transaction made through our websites and applications (or any successor or similar digital property) will be transmitted using SSL encryption. We review our security measures periodically. Despite these measures, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. The data you enter is automatically encrypted before it is sent. All the data is protected and only available to authorized personnel and subcontractors.
Where your Personal Data is transferred pursuant to Section 4, we take steps to ensure that the third party recipient residing outside of the Hong Kong SAR, Singapore or your home location accord your Personal Data with a standard of protection at least equivalent to the Applicable Laws and, as required, the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside. We also require that such third parties keep your Personal Data confidential.
Minors providing Personal Data
Tommy Hilfiger is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet. Our websites and applications are not directed to children under the age of 18 (13 in Singapore). Persons below the age of 18 (13 in Singapore) may only provide Personal Data to us if they have written permission of one of their parents or their legal guardian who has read this Privacy Policy. You must be 18 (13 in Singapore), however to establish an account with us. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 18 (13 in Singapore) and has registered an account with us without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove their Personal Data from our files. Appendix 1 – Additional Clauses for local markets
MALAYSIA, MACAU AND TAIWAN
In addition to Section 4 above (How Is Your Information Shared), we will ensure that where your personal data is transferred outside of the jurisdictions in Section 4 of Appendix 1 that we will:
(a) Take all reasonable steps and due diligence to ensure that your personal data will not be processed in a manner that would contravene the Personal Data Protection Act of Malaysia, the Personal Data Protection Act of Macau and the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as “the Laws”);
(b) Ensure that the destination of where your personal data is transferred to offers an adequate level of protection as the original location of where your personal data was collected; According to the Macau PDPA, the Macau Data Protection Office shall decide whether a jurisdiction ensures an adequate level of protection.
(c) Where applicable under the Laws, obtain your consent before we transfer your personal data to a destination outside of Section 4 of Appendix 1.
(d) Macau only:
We shall comply with all requirements and formalities determined by law with respect to data privacy, including transfer of data to other jurisdictions outside Macau.
We may transfer personal data to third parties in cases where this proves to be necessary for the provision of the services you have engaged or for compliance with the obligations to which we are subject.
The transfer of data to third parties is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and within the limits of the purposes and lawful bases established in this privacy policy.
In cases where the transfer of personal data involves an international transfer of personal data, and whenever such transfer is to a jurisdiction where the level of protection of personal data is deemed as not sufficiently adequate, we might still transfer the data in the following situations:
- When it is necessary to perform a contract between you and us;
- When it is necessary to conclude a contract, in your interest, between us and a third party;
- When it is necessary or legally required for the protection of an important public interest, or for the declaration, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial process;

SINGAPORE
Withdrawing Your Consent
The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed above by submitting your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below.
Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.
Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our goods or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request.
Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

Access to and Correction of Personal Data
We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any personal data or to make a correction requested by you, we will generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012).
