Returns Policy


Return of Merchandise

All items must be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

Returned items must be in new and resellable condition. Any merchandize comes with the product are expected to be returned together, such as hanger, gift with purchase and its own packaging material. 


Returned items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer.


Sale items being sold at a discount of 20% or more, fragrance, swimwear, underwear bottoms (men’s, women’s and kid’s), socks and earrings are not eligible for return or refund and will be sent back to the customer.


The full amount (excluding the shipping fee, and taxes, if any) will be credited to the original payment method if the returned items can meet the above conditions. Please note that delivery fee will not be refunded and allow 10 to 15 business days for your return to proceed. You will receive an email notification once we received and accepted your returned items. Please note that processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.


After 14 calendar days, all merchandises are not eligible for return.


Unless otherwise stipulated by law, the original order’s shipping fee and taxes, if any, are non-refundable.

Processing Fee

Under our Return and Refund Policy, a processing fee of HKD 50 will be charged for each domestic return. A processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for any items returned with the respective return codes.

Making a return is easy. We accept returns via post and store drop off. Please CONTACT US for return guidance.


Items purchased at Tommy Hilfiger stores cannot be returned or exchanged online.


Canceling Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, you can request before the order is shipped (9AM cut off). Please contact us and provide your order number. Please refer to terms and conditions for more details.
