Return of Merchandise
The full amount (excluding the shipping fee, and taxes, if any) will be credited in the same format as the original form of payment if the returned item is postmarked within 14 calendar days of the shipping date on the proof of purchase and accompanied by the original return form.
After 14 calendar days, all merchandises are not eligible for return.
Unless otherwise stipulates by law, the original order’s shipping fee and taxes, if any, are non-refundable.
Under our Return and Refund Policy, a processing fee of HKD 50 will be charged for each domestic return. A processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for any items returned with the respective return codes.
Method for Returns
To return by mail, please contact Customer Assistance to generate a return label.

As a convenience to our customers, you may also return products purchased at Tommy.com in selected Tommy store -- Harbour City Tommy Hilfiger store (Address: Shop 2416 & 2513, Level 2, Gateway Arcade, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR) and the processing fee will be waived. In order for our stores to properly process your Tommy.com return you must present your order receipt. You’ll receive a refund email notification and will be refunded within 15 to 21 business days by the same method you used to pay if the conditions of return are met.
Returned items must be in new and resalable condition.
Returned items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn or altered will be returned to the Customer.
Sale items being sold at a discount of 30% or more, fragrance, underwear bottoms (men’s, women’s, boys’ and girls’), socks and earrings are not eligible for a return or refund and will be sent back to the customer.
No exchange service is available for purchased made through the Website.
Items purchased at Tommy Hilfiger stores cannot be returned or exchanged online.
Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your return to be delivered to Hong Kong SAR and processed. You will receive an email notification upon completion of the return processing.
If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact Customer Assistance and provide your Order Number. All items in the order will be cancelled. Partial cancellation on individual items will not be accepted.
